This 15 minute audio affirmation is intended for black men. As we deal with the social constructs of white supremacy, injustice, police brutality, and the struggle for our right to exist, we have to keep our soul and inner belief in ourselves filled with as much positivity as we can. We have to fix our internal system before addressing the external system.

This specific audio was created to raise your self - confidence, health, wealth, abundance, happiness and love.

Positive affirmations are useful in wiring the brain with empowering thought and emotional patterns, at the same time dissolving old, negative and limited patterns that do not serve you.

Instructions: Listen to this at least once a day, preferably with headphones. You can listen to this while you meditate or while you're moving around, just make sure to listen with intention and internalize the positive messages for yourself.
